Job summary

Cyderes is seeking a Technical Product Manager, AI Enablement, to own the agentic harness that powers AI-enabled delivery within our platform. You will define the lifecycle for agents and skills, decide whether to build, buy, or integrate, and collaborate with Engineering, Security, UX, and product leadership.

You will measure success by usage and operational impact, build prototypes with AI-assisted development, and help scale internal AI tools while balancing cost, safety, and speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management or platform product management.
• Hands-on building: read, debug, and change production code.
• Experience with LLM tool calling and MCP.
• Experience running internal/platform capabilities with adoption and impact.
• Technical fluency with APIs, identity and permissions, events, and cloud architectures.
• Strong judgment on privacy, auditability, and responsible automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, reliability, documentation, and adoption of the agentic harness.
• Define lifecycle for agents and reusable skills: build, evaluate, version, release, observe, and retire with cost and latency controls.
• Build and maintain evaluations to measure safety, performance, and release readiness.
• Write and review code in the harness and prototypes with AI-assisted development.
• Partner with Engineering on APIs, model context protocols, tool access, identity and permissions, data flows, observability, and failure handling.
• Own internal AI tools portfolio with clear build, buy, integrate decisions.
• Conduct workflow discovery and quantify the cost of friction to shape priorities.
• Collaborate with product leadership for customer-facing skills via MCP services.
• Work with UX to align with design system and standards.
• Define metrics, plan rollouts, enable users, retire or consolidate tools.
• Improve product management operations with better evidence capture and templates.
