Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead AI platform initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to drive AI skills, autonomous agents, and platform capabilities that improve productivity and outcomes.

You will manage multiple AI projects in a fast-paced setting, define success metrics, and ensure alignment with business objectives, while collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of project management, program management, product management, or related experience.
• Experience leading AI, Generative AI, LLM, or Agentic AI initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI and Agentic AI initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of AI skills and autonomous agents.
• Partner with engineering teams to support platform onboarding and adoption of AI solutions.
• Translate user needs into actionable requirements and project plans.
• Define and track success metrics including reliability, performance, accuracy, and adoption.
• Manage multiple priorities and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Provide regular project updates to ensure successful outcomes.
