Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Adoption Strategist to scale customer enablement across enterprise and mid-market accounts. This remote role sits at the intersection of adoption, enablement, and product expertise, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.

You’ll design onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, and playbooks that drive time-to-value, while automating workflows with AI. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success in a high-volume,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, or similar roles at an AI-native or technical firm.
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, or developer-facing products.
• Proven track record building onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more.
• Systems thinker who designs scalable automations and workflows with AI tools.
• Extremely analytical with ability to identify trends and gaps.
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale.
• English fluency

Responsibilities

• Design and run scalable adoption and enablement programs for customers.
• Develop deep product expertise across ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
• Audit customer prompts and configurations to identify gaps; provide recommendations.
• Track adoption metrics and partner with RevOps to inform playbooks.
• Collaborate with Account Management, CX, and product teams on campaigns and workshops.
• Coordinate with external partners to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey.
• Support leadership on high-impact initiatives aligning with regional and global goals
