Job summary
Gladly is seeking a senior product marketing professional to own positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and sales enablement for two AI platform areas: Agent Harness and AI Core. This is a full-stack, hands-on IC role with end-to-end ownership, working without a manager alongside you.
You’ll translate evolving AI model and agent updates into credible narratives for CX leaders and technical buyers, collaborating across Product and Sales in fast-paced launches.
Qualifications
- Experience doing product marketing for AI/ML products with credibility to technical buyers.
- Fluent understanding of how LLM-based agents work, evaluation and steering concepts.
- Regular use of AI tooling for research, drafting, analysis, and building.
Responsibilities
- Positioning and messaging for Agent Harness and AI Core with credible, product-grounded stories.
- Own end-to-end launch strategy and execution for all sizes, coordinating with Product and Sales.
- Develop sales enablement materials: talk tracks, demos, competitive positioning, handling objections.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform product and GTM decisions.
