Job summary

Meta seeks a Product Manager for Enterprise AI to own the Agent Core platform, driving from 0-1 strategy through enterprise product-market fit with design partners. You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to ship AI-native solutions at scale for enterprise customers.

You will define roadmaps, evaluate AI tradeoffs, ensure privacy and reliability, and communicate strategy with radical clarity to clients and leadership while balancing cost,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams.
• 10+ years product management and/or Product Design experience.
• Experience developing AI-native strategies across organizations.
• Experience shipping enterprise or platform products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Identify near and long-term opportunities and drive product strategy and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations.
• Define requirements, coordinate resources, and guide teams to milestones.
• Evaluate when AI is the optimal solution and perform tradeoff analysis.
• Translate AI capabilities into enterprise visions that ship to client outcomes.
• Communicate strategy and performance to clients, field teams, and leadership.
