Job summary

Cyderes is seeking a Technical Product Manager, AI Enablement, to own the agentic platform used to operationalize AI within our teams. You will drive roadmap, lifecycle, and adoption for agents and reusable skills, partnering with Engineering, Security, UX, and leadership.

Your role blends hands-on AI development with strategy, safety, and cost control. You will measure success by real usage, engage with internal users, and shape prioritization for internal tools, APIs, and MCP services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management or related field.
• Hands-on coding ability to read/modify production code.
• Experience with LLM tool calls and MCP.
• Proven adoption impact of platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, roadmap, reliability, and adoption of the agentic harness.
• Define lifecycle for agents and reusable skills, with cost controls.
• Build and maintain evaluations to measure safety and effectiveness.
• Write and review code in the harness and tools, prototype AI features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, UX, and product leadership.
• Define metrics, plan rollouts, and enable users across teams.
• Improve product management operations with evidence capture and templates.
