Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform launches and onboarding frameworks for enterprise customers.
• Define and scale customer service tiers to align support with contract values.
• Design and deliver high-impact workshops and continuous training to accelerate adoption.
• Host regular technical office hours for developers, data scientists, and business users.
• Engage stakeholders across units and communicate platform value to executives.
