Job summary

Ascensus is hiring for multiple AI Technology roles spanning Associate to Senior levels and SDET. You’ll troubleshoot AI behavior, debug prompts, and improve agent workflows, partnering with engineers to enhance performance at scale.

You’ll help shape how AI is built, used, and experienced across the organization. Roles emphasize hands-on debugging, triage, and collaboration with product and AI teams, with a video interview step after applying and a focus on enterprise AI tooling and data

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in software engineering, QA, SDET, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with API testing and log/debug workflows.
• Interest in AI/LLM-based systems and related tools.
• Video interview assessment after applying.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues in AI-based agent systems.
• Reproduce issues across LLM prompts, agent workflows, and backend calls.
• Document findings and collaborate with engineering to implement fixes.
• Train users and enable adoption of AI tooling across teams.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to translate issues into actionable tickets.
