Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years’ experience in a software engineering or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, BIS, or related field.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by users of Agent Assist.
• Reproduce issues and trace failures across LLM prompts, agent workflows, and backend integrations.
• Analyze logs and telemetry with Langfuse and New Relic.
• Document findings and coordinate with engineering via Azure DevOps.
• Train internal users, run demos, onboarding sessions.
• Partner with engineering, product, and AI teams to translate issues into actionable tickets.
