Job summary

Ascensus is hiring for multiple AI Technology roles, from Associate to Senior levels and SDET, to tackle enterprise AI challenges. You will troubleshoot AI behavior, fix root causes, and optimize performance across LLMs and backend systems.

You’ll train users, run demos, and collaborate with engineering and product teams while contributing to system reliability and security. A video assessment follows application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related degree.
• Experience troubleshooting software issues and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with API testing, logs, and data inspection.
• Interest in AI/LLM systems and tooling like prompt engineering.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Completion of a video interview assessment after applying.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Triage for Agent Assist issues.
• Identify root causes across prompts, tooling, and backends.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement fixes and improvements.
• Train users, run demos, onboarding sessions, and office hours.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, AI, and engineering teams.
