Ascensus is seeking a Software Engineering Manager, Enterprise AI Platform to lead a cross‑functional team delivering production‑grade AI‑enabled software. You will guide engineers, SDETs, DevOps, and support staff, while staying technically engaged and contributing hands‑on when needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance development, and execution discipline to build an enterprise AI platform with strong quality, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in technical leadership or management.
• Experience coaching or mentoring software engineers.
• Ability to stay technically engaged and contribute hands-on when needed.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, tests, design patterns).
• Experience with delivery teams including engineers, SDETs, DevOps, and support.
• Strong Agile and team workflows.
• Ability to develop associates through coaching and performance conversations.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

• Support delivery of enterprise AI platform capabilities.
• Improve engineering practices across dev, test, DevOps, support, operations.
• Partner with product, architecture, AI, business and technology leaders.

• Occasionally contribute hands-on to implementation, debugging, automation, or code reviews.
