Job summary

Ascensus, a leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America, is hiring for multiple AI Technology roles. You will tackle hands-on work shaping how AI is built, used, and experienced throughout the organization.

Roles range from Associate to Senior and SDET, focusing on debugging AI behavior, improving performance across LLMs and workflows, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in software eng/support or SDET, incl internships.
• BS in CS or related technical field.
• Experience troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based systems and tooling.
• Strong communication of technical issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by users of Agent Assist.
• Reproduce issues and trace failures across LLM prompts, workflows, and backends.
• Analyze logs and telemetry; document findings and propose fixes with engineering.
• Train internal users and drive adoption of AI capabilities.
