Ascensus is hiring for multiple AI Technology roles at associate, mid, senior, and SDET levels. You will troubleshoot AI behavior, diagnose root causes, and improve platform performance across LLMs and agent workflows.

The work involves hands-on debugging, triage, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams. You will participate in a video screening and coding assessment as part of the interview process, with preparation guidance and a fast‑track path to hiring manager

Formación

• Up to 3 years’ experience in software engineering, software support, QA, SDET, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
• Foundational exposure to API testing and data inspection.
• Interest or experience in AI/LLM systems (prompting, chatbots, RAG, agents).
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by users of Agent Assist.
• Reproduce issues and trace failures across LLM prompts and agent workflows.
• Analyze logs and telemetry using tools like Langfuse and NewRelic.
• Document findings and coordinate with engineering to implement fixes.
• Train internal users and run demos to enable adoption of Agent Assist.
