Rain is seeking a Business Development Lead to scale our agentic commerce presence. You will identify high-value opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and build a strong commercial pipeline, shaping Rain’s thesis at the intersection of stablecoins, AI, and payments.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate market insights into opportunities, drive end-to-end deals, and help Rain become the preferred infrastructure partner for the next generation of commerce.

Formación

• 6+ years in business development or strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and agentic commerce.
• Proven ability to source, develop, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with end-to-end opportunity building and GTM experience.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to spot high-potential opportunities.
• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• High degree of ownership and bias toward action.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build a pipeline by identifying and developing high-value commercial opportunities.
• Define priority segments, use cases, target accounts, and partnerships across AI-native, agentic commerce, and payments.
• Drive commercial execution: articulate value, manage pipeline, and close partnerships.
• Monitor market trends in AI and payments to shape Rain’s commercial priorities.
• Own opportunities from discovery through negotiation, deal execution, and handoff.
• Develop relationships with founders, developers, and industry leaders in AI-powered commerce.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed market insights into roadmap.
• Position Rain as a leading infrastructure partner for autonomous payments.
