Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is building a Global AI & Knowledge Innovation Office (GAIKO) to accelerate governance and value from citizen development. You will design and run the governed-innovation program, defining access, reviews, and tools rules while partnering with business, IT, risk, legal and security to scale the model.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, establishing standards, and enabling safe, scalable innovation across the firm’s business units and technology orgs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in innovation programs, technology enablement, citizen-development/governance, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to run requirements gathering with business stakeholders and translate needs into process or platform design.
• Credible with technical and non-technical BU audiences alike.

Responsibilities

• Define and stand up the governed-innovation operating model end to end: roles, review thresholds, build rules across tiers, gate criteria, intake and support flows.
• Collaborate with business, product, IT, risk, legal and security to establish the model foundations and ensure joint ownership.
• Own the requirements roadmap as the capability scales and secure commitments from owning teams.
