Job summary

Ramp is seeking a high-ambition Partnerships leader to own and grow strategic AI ecosystem relationships, from labs to AI-native companies. You will drive technical depth in conversations, lead product integrations, and close multi-faceted deals that create new revenue channels.

You will operate in the San Francisco AI community, coordinating with engineering, product, and business teams to convert partnerships into scalable commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI product and integration discussions with partner teams.
• Own Ramp's strategic AI partnerships and drive revenue through co-selling and new channels.
• Develop and execute a scalable AI partnership strategy across labs and AI-native firms.
• Convert ecosystem relationships into measurable commercial outcomes and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product, marketing, and sales efforts.
