Set direction on programs and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Maintain confidentiality and navigate fast-moving environments with incomplete data.
Align with company mission to build safe, beneficial AI.

Responsibilities

Own partner launch readiness end-to-end for all models and solutions across partner ecosystem.
Define operating model for partner launches and governance; decide what is durable to share.
Equip partner sellers with enablement content and technical materials.
Translate company positioning to partner surfaces with tailored versions per platform.
Own GTM for joint/co-built solutions; ensure value is clear to partner sellers and customers.
Collaborate with Partnerships and Product to shape launchable moments.
Run cross-functional launch execution, reviews, and post-launch reporting.
Build momentum via partner webinars, content pipelines, and campaigns.
Represent partner perspective internally to influence product decisions.
Document knowledge into repeatable processes to scale the function.
