Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Partner Engineer to lead the technical relationship with strategic AI partnerships like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini. You will own joint roadmaps, drive integrations, and develop hands-on labs and demos.

You’ll engage with founders and executives within Partner Engineering, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams. You will design multi-party architectures, create reference implementations, and align partner capabilities with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering skills to develop POCs, build demos, and debug integrations for partner teams and customers.
• Experience with Python, REST APIs, and SDKs.
• Established relationships with product/engineering teams at AI labs and cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact across AI labs and partners.
• Shape joint product roadmap by translating partner needs into Databricks requirements.
• Design and build integrations spanning Databricks and partner platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical enablement content for field teams.
