Job summary

Databricks in San Francisco is seeking a Partner Engineer to lead the technical relationship between Databricks and our strategic AI partnerships. You will own the joint roadmaps with partner product teams, drive the development of integrations, and build POCs that become products and labs for customers.

You will collaborate with executives and field teams to design architectures that span both platforms and to translate partner capabilities into Databricks requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field engineering, consulting, or AI systems development.
• Hands-on engineering skills: build demos, debug integrations.
• Experience owning joint technical roadmaps with partners.
• Strong knowledge of AI systems in production.
