Job summary

Karbon is seeking an experienced engineer to build and scale AI-powered internal tools across Sales, CS, Implementation, Support, and Operations. You will extend Karbon's MCP server into a routing proxy, ensure secure access with Okta, and implement RBAC with auditing.

Qualifications

• Shipped production software in the last two years using Python or TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience building AI-enabled tools on top of large language models with user-facing features.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical teams as the technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Build internal automations and agents across departments using APIs and MCP servers.
• Manage Claude access, provisioning workflow, and security reviews with Security.
