Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience.
• Experience in project management and handling multiple customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer implementation journey: manage enterprise project plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate with executives, admins, and end users to align priorities.
• Lead onboarding, workshops, and training sessions.
