Job summary

Karbon is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to guide large accounting-firm customers through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training. You’ll act as project manager, consultant, and change coach, ensuring rapid value realization on the Karbon platform.

You will manage enterprise projects, coordinate with executives and admins, and drive adoption through structured workshops and best-practice guidance. Remote work is supported across the USA.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Implementations.
• 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience.
• Experience in project management with multiple customers simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate tech concepts clearly.
• Consultative by nature with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer implementation journey; manage enterprise project plans and milestones.
• Coordinate with executives, firm admins, and end users to align priorities and responsibilities.
• Lead structured onboarding, kickoff meetings, reviews, workshops, and training.
• Advise customers on best practices in workflow design, operations, and change management.
• Coach firms through change management and adoption to maximize business impact.
• Ensure data integrity during migrations using Excel and related tools.
• Identify risks early and intervene to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support for smooth handoffs.
• Demonstrate ROI with measurable outcomes and long-term success.
