Job summary

Karbon, Inc. is building the next phase of our AI-powered practice management platform. You will ship internal automations, extend data gateways, and connect Claude to our internal sources with secure, auditable workflows.

You’ll own governance and visibility, manage spend dashboards, ROI metrics, and an AI knowledge base. This role reports to the CEO and requires hands-on coding in Python/TypeScript and collaboration with non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Shipped production software in the last two years, as the person writing the code.
• Built something real on top of a large language model with users and cost control.
• Worked directly with non-technical teams as the technical lead.
• Can build a number out of messy data and defend it to a CFO.
• Ran a cross-functional program with champions network or adoption.

Responsibilities

• Ship internal automations and agents across departments.
• Extend MCP server data gateway and integrate connectors.
• Own governance, spend dashboard, ROI framework.
• Train teams, maintain AI wiki, and publish metrics.
• Build prompts, skills library, and offboarding flows.
