Job summary

Karbon is a global leader in AI-powered practice management software for accounting firms, seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide onboarding, data migration, and training for small to mid-sized firms.

You will own end-to-end implementations, coordinate with administrators and users, run kickoff and training sessions, advise on best practices, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows. This role supports remote work and requires strong communication.

Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
Experience with end-to-end technical implementations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfort with remote work and self-management.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts.
Coordinate with firm administrators and end users to align priorities.
Lead kickoff meetings, configuration sessions, and training.
Guide customers on Karbon best practices for workflow setup and usage.
Assist customers with change management and user adoption.
Ensure data integrity during migrations and configurations.
Identify risks and escalate as needed to senior team members.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support for seamless handoffs.
Deliver early wins and measurable value to establish long-term success.
Leverage AI tools to support planning, communications, and process optimization.
