Job summary

Databricks’ Sales Operations team is transforming how operational work gets done with an AI-first operating model. You will own a portfolio of AI agent workflows that automate business-critical Sales Operations processes, translate requirements into designs, deploy them, monitor performance, and continually improve them.

This cross-functional role partners with Strategy, Planning, Finance, IT, and Data Engineering to optimize enterprise systems, diagnose cross-system issues, and drive automation

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, systems administration, or business process automation.
• Fluency with APIs, data schemas, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or automation workflows.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI agents—design, deploy, monitor, and fine-tune auton agents.
• Own an agent portfolio—manage end-to-end workflows and escalation paths.
• Drive process and systems improvement across enterprise stacks.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, IT and Strategy to align automation priorities.
• Support operational continuity including annual planning cycles.
