Job summary

Databricks is seeking a senior engineer to lead CRM object modeling and the development of agents and scalable workflows. You will work with product, design, and engineering to deliver practical, data-driven solutions for revenue operations.

You will shape the write-back paths, ensure proper permissions, validation, and auditing, and translate ambiguous problems into MVPs with measurable impact. This role emphasizes collaboration and ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including time as a tech lead or leading other tech leads on complex enterprise software projects.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of at least one major CRM data model and platform (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) including objects, permissions, history tables, APIs.
• Strong understanding of how reps and managers use these tools day to day, including forecasting and data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modeling of sales/CRM objects, relationships, and history for agent reasoning.
• Lead development of agents used by reps, sales management, and revenue operations.
• Define the write path back into system of record: permissions, validation, idempotency, audit, and human approval.
• Help define and lead initial use cases on top of data and agents.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to build scalable, extensible solutions.
• Create interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows with human-in-the-loop and inspectability.
