Job summary

Thrivenextgen is seeking a Sales Operations & AI Automation lead in the United States to own analytics, reporting, and AI-driven process design. You will build agent workflows that automate manual tasks and improve rep and team performance, while ensuring data quality and scalable processes.

You will translate business problems into automated solutions, maintain CRM integrity, and collaborate with sales leadership to ship measurable improvements weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or analytics.
• Strong SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools required.
• Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows or automations.
• Salesforce experience including reporting and automation.
• Experience with territory planning or capacity modeling.
• Ability turn messy data into clear insights and ship solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own sales operations, reporting, forecast, and productivity metrics.
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership decision making.
• Analyze territory capacity to identify white space and overloads.
• Segment accounts and support territory design using data.
• Identify process breakdowns and automate solutions.
• Maintain CRM data quality and document workflows.
