Job summary

Podium, a leading platform in AI-powered local business solutions, is seeking an AI Onboarding Specialist. You will lead the initial implementation and onboarding of new customer accounts, focusing on AI agents, managing connections, integration fulfillment, and tailored trainings across locations.

In this role you will be the primary contact during the first 30 days, handle escalations, coordinate product and integration connections, drive product adoption, and ensure smooth hand-offs to

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer onboarding/implementation role (SaaS is a plus).
• Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation platforms) with hands-on experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Experience communicating directly with clients.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with experience navigating complex customer environments.
• Ability to sort through large volumes of data and drive insights.
• Interest in understanding and working with AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact during the first 30 days of new customer experience.
• Manage potential escalations within the first 30 days.
• Coordinate all account connections (product and integration-related).
• Ensure product adoption through outreach methods and health scoring.
• Implement and configure AI agents.
• Ensure effective hand-off to CSMs after onboarding.
• Conduct full-team trainings for all locations in every account.
• Coordinate and respond to client issues.
• Build new processes and work with departments for a smooth implementation.
