Job summary

Darwin AI is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to set up AI assistants for new clients and guide them through initial testing. You will translate client needs into technical configurations, build AI solutions, and coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product to ensure smooth handoffs and successful launches.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for AI and technology, with proactive engagement via channels like WhatsApp to resolve blockers and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Experience, Onboarding, or Technical Support.
• Ability to translate client needs into technical configurations.
• Experience creating and managing JSONs and understanding structured logic flows.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new client accounts to ensure successful launches.
• Conduct kick-off meetings to align expectations and gather requirements.
• Build and configure AI assistants based on client business logic.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product for seamless handoffs.
• Maintain client communication via WhatsApp to resolve blockers.
• Deliver high-quality initial versions of AI assistants promptly.
• Monitor onboarding timelines to meet SLAs.
• Provide initial training and resources to help clients test their AI agents.
