Job summary

Gorgias seeks an AI Deployment Manager to own onboarding end-to-end for a portfolio of customers. You will lead discovery, configuration, training, and activation, ensuring a white-glove onboarding experience that demonstrates the value of Helpdesk and AI Agent.

You will guide customers through adoption roadmaps, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and focus on measurable outcomes, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in SaaS implementation or post-sales role.
• Experience managing 25-30 accounts simultaneously.
• Strong communication with CEOs/CFOs and executives.
• Familiarity with ecommerce tech stacks, notably Shopify.
• Ability to design AI-driven automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery and implementation sessions for your book of business to drive adoption of Helpdesk and AI Agent.
• Build tailored solutions using a consultative approach to meet client needs.
• Design and drive AI Agent adoption roadmaps and automation rollout.
• Lead activation, time-to-value, and white-glove onboarding with expert guidance.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate AI impact to executives.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for onboarding.
• Manage integrations with the client's ecommerce tech stack and explore custom paths.
• Drive project timelines with milestones and back schedules.
• Translate support metrics and AI outcomes into business impact for revenue and efficiency.
• Document interactions and learnings to improve future implementations.
• Identify roadblocks and coach peers with playbooks and learnings.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, solution design, and documentation.
