Job summary
Elastic is building a dedicated AI Native Accounts organization and seeks a Strategic Account Executive to manage a selective portfolio of globally strategic AI-native customers. You will engage with founders, CEOs, and CTOs to solve AI, search, and data challenges while accelerating adoption of the Elastic Search AI Platform.
You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, partner across the AI ecosystem, and influence product strategy.
Qualifications
- Track record of exceeding quota in enterprise software sales.
- Experience engaging with founders, C-level executives, and engineering leaders.
- Strong understanding of AI landscape including LLMs and AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer relationships with a focused portfolio of AI-native organizations.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to procurement and adoption.
- Develop executive account strategies and long-term expansion plans.
- Partner across AI ecosystem with cloud providers, hyperscalers, and systems integrators.
- Influence product strategy through customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Deliver predictable business results through disciplined planning and forecasting.
