Job summary
Elastic is building an AI Native Accounts team and seeks a Strategic Account Executive to manage a selective portfolio of globally strategic AI-native customers. You will engage with founders and executives to solve AI, search, and data challenges while accelerating adoption of the Elastic Search AI Platform.
Location: West of Texas; you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of AI landscape, LLMs, and modern infrastructure.
- Experience engaging with founders and C-level executives on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer relationships with a focused portfolio of AI-native organisations.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to renewal.
- Develop executive account strategies and long-term expansion plans.
- Collaborate with cloud providers, technology partners, and systems integrators.
- Influence product strategy with customer insights and market feedback.
- Deliver predictable revenue through disciplined planning and forecasting.
