Job summary

Elastic is building a dedicated AI Native Accounts organization. We seek an extraordinary Strategic Account Executive to guide AI-native customers in deploying the Elastic Search AI Platform. You will own a selective portfolio, engage executives, and help shape Elastic's AI leadership.

Location: Texas and West. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role focused on deep engagements, multi-year plans, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and adoption of Elastic's AI

Qualifications

Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex enterprise software sales.
Experience engaging with AI, cloud, and modern infrastructure discussions at executive levels.
Ability to influence product strategy through customer insight and feedback.
Cross-functional collaboration to deliver outcomes across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Own strategic customer relationships with founders and C-level leaders.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through procurement and adoption.
Develop executive account strategies with sponsors, champions, and whitespace opportunities.
Collaborate with cloud providers, partners, and ecosystems to accelerate adoption.
Influence product strategy by providing market intelligence from customers.
Deliver predictable results via account planning, forecasting, and MEDDPICC.
