Elastic is building a dedicated AI Native Accounts organization and seeks an extraordinary Strategic Account Executive to help define how AI-native companies build, scale, and innovate using the Elastic Search AI Platform.

This is one of Elastic's most strategic individual contributor roles, owning a highly selective portfolio of globally strategic AI-native customers and partnering with executive and technical leaders to solve AI, search, and data challenges while accelerating Elastic's AI

Qualifications

• Proven track record of enterprise software sales to executives and global organizations.
• Deep understanding of AI landscape, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to influence product strategy through customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with founders and C-level executives across a focused AI-native portfolio.
• Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to procurement and adoption.
• Develop executive account strategies and long-term expansion plans.
