Qualifications

5+ years in performance marketing, digital demand generation, or growth marketing.
Hands-on with paid search, paid social, webinars, landing pages, nurture and attribution.
Strong analytical instincts with ability to explain outcomes and next steps.
Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Responsibilities

Build Digital Pipeline with paid search, LinkedIn, retargeting, webinars, and nurture.
Own landing pages and conversion paths, optimize CTAs and forms.
Run webinars and digital programs from promotion to follow-up.
Build nurture and audience activation across segments and lifecycle stages.
Own measurement, campaign ops, UTMs, attribution, and weekly reporting.
Develop AI-native workflows to accelerate research, briefs, and asset creation.
