Hex Technologies Inc. is looking for a performance marketer who will own paid media end-to-end, manage multi-figure budgets, and build automated systems. You will be the first dedicated performance hire, shaping how we grow using AI and data.

This role requires strong experimentation discipline and a passion for building infrastructure as much as running campaigns, with cross-team collaboration to energize PLG-based growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in performance marketing with direct ownership of six- and seven-figure budgets.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tools, or data infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media end-to-end including strategy, execution, CAC, and pipeline impact.
• Build automated performance marketing systems integrated into Hex tooling and AI-enabled workflows.
• Connect paid channels to the full funnel, supporting PLG and self-serve activation.
• Run structured experiments and document learnings to compound value.
