Job summary

Cinder in NYC is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to build and fuel demand for its AI safety platform. You will own the end-to-end pipeline, shape messaging for enterprise buyers, and partner with Sales and Product to accelerate growth.

You will manage a lean, fast-moving team, run multi-channel campaigns, and develop measurement dashboards to prove ROI. This role requires deep knowledge of B2B demand gen for AI products and a hands-on, high-ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing or B2B demand generation with zero-to-full pipeline build.
• Proven track record of owning a pipeline target and hitting it.
• Experience marketing an AI product to enterprise or consumer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead demand-gen programs across channels to create qualified pipeline.
• Shape positioning and messaging for AI-focused buyers and ensure consistency on website and sales discourse.
• Measure campaign performance, attribution, and optimize ROI; collaborate with sales and product.
