Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to be embedded inside client enterprises, delivering production AI platforms and scalable agentic workflows. You will own outcomes, drive adoption, and work across security, data, and platform layers, aligning AI capabilities with real business value.

This role requires extensive cloud-native experience, hands-on AI tooling, and exceptional client collaboration to translate pilot projects into scalable enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1 year of deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2 years of experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) including multi-provider pipelines.
• 10 years programming in Python/Java with observability tooling.
• 10 years deploying to production—CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring.
• 10 years of client communication and leading technical workshops under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years work experience; AI certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation to working production systems in days or weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the full tech stack.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client leadership with ROI roadmaps.
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture sessions with executive teams and client engineers.
• Codify delivery learnings and standards to grow the FDE practice.
