Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering pods. You will embed with client teams, own AI platform deployments, and deliver production-grade, scalable agent-powered workflows that translate AI capabilities into real business value.

The role emphasizes architecting across data, identity, security, governance, and integration; traveling 0–100% as needed and shaping the playbook for AI adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• 1+ year in designing agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python/Java; observability skills.
• 10+ years production deployment experience; CI/CD and IaC.
• 10 years client communication and workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 12 years work exp.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes with value-driven metrics.
• Lead rapid experimentation turning problems into production.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across the stack.
• Shape reinvention strategy for client executives and roadmaps.
• Publish reusable blueprints and accelerators for engagements.
• Lead architecture sessions and executive workshops.
