Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed with client teams, delivering production-grade AI platforms and scalable agentic solutions. You will own time-to-value, reliability, and adoption while shaping multi-year AI roadmaps and value architectures.

You will work across a broad tech stack, collaborate with C-suite leadership, and drive delivery in real-world enterprise settings, balancing ambiguity with concrete outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years of experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 10+ years deploying to production — CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• 10+ years in client communication and collaboration, including leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent or 12 years work exp; AI certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning from architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability across multiple streams.
• Lead rapid experimentation to turn business problems into working production systems quickly.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, and integration layers.
• Shape reinvention strategy for client leadership with ROI backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice.
