Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6–10 years of full‑time AI/Data/ML experience.
• 2–4 years managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Translate AI/analytics outputs into business insights for utility executives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across tech and client engagements.
• Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements are met.
• Help scale AI/ML solutions from pilots to production environments.
