Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities. You will partner with clients, supervise cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives from conception through deployment, aligning with regulatory and governance requirements.

The role emphasizes strong Python, ML, data engineering, DevOps practices, and collaboration across hybrid, global teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or ML.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage processes and projects.
• Improve processes through research and analysis; deliver innovative solutions.
• Supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives with accountability for results.
• Engage with clients; lead sessions from planning to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities.
