Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to deliver modern AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions on the Databricks platform. You will lead diverse teams across design, development, and client engagement to implement scalable AI pipelines and ontologies in production.

You will work with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes while maintaining responsible AI practices and robust governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of AI, data science experience
• 2-4 years of leading technical teams
• 3-4 years building production AI/ML on Databricks
• Strong Python/PySpark/Scala skills
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD on Databricks

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from discovery to production on Databricks
• Develop data pipelines and AI solutions
• Measure adoption and business value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
• Define user needs and prioritize reusable capabilities
