EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead modern AI engineering initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, design scalable AI/data pipelines, and deliver production-grade solutions across client environments.

The role emphasizes product-centric development and responsible AI practices, with strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders. You will work in a hybrid model, driving client engagements, and shaping strategic AI use

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of AI, data science, and/or machine learning experience.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Databricks Certification (Data/ML/Context) preferred.
• Strong Python, PySpark, and Scala skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment on Databricks.
• Build data pipelines and AI solutions (ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI platforms.
• Ensure responsible deployment, quality, and measurable business outcomes.
