EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead modern AI engineering initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will drive data pipelines, AI solutions, and governance across client projects while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders in a hybrid on-site/remote model, delivering production-grade AI capabilities with responsible deployment and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6–10 years of AI/Data/ML experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on AI/ML projects.
• Strong Python / PySpark / Scala proficiency and Databricks expertise.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production on the Databricks platform.
