EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI/ML initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage clients, and deliver production-grade AI pipelines, ontologies, and semantic models across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–10 years of AI, data science, and/or ML experience.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• 3–4 years building/ deploying production AI/ML on Databricks.
• Databricks certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment on Databricks.
• Build data pipelines and AI solutions (ML, generative AI, agentic AI).
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver production-grade AI engineering.
• Engage actively with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Define ontologies, semantic models, and governance for AI solutions.
