Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of AI, data science, and/or machine learning experience.
• 2–4 years of directly managing technical teams.
• 3–4 years building/ deploying production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• Databricks Certification: at least 1 professional + 1 associate.
• Strong Python, PySpark, and/or Scala skills.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMops, and AgentOps on Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment on Databricks.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering AI engineering initiatives.
• Define ontologies, semantic models, and knowledge graphs for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to deliver scalable data/AI pipelines.
• Engage with clients and guide solution design, roadmap, and delivery.
