EY is recruiting for a Manager in AI Native Engineering to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for the Power & Utilities sector. You will work with diverse teams and clients, applying data science and software engineering to build and industrialize analytics across environments, including cloud and on‑premises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python; ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining high‑impact AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective process management.
• Continuously improve processes through research and analysis.
• Manage professional employees and supervise teams delivering complex initiatives.
• Engage with clients, lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities (e.g., asset health, outage optimization).
• Work with utilities data sources (SCADA, GIS, OMS, etc.) and modern analytics platforms.
