Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree).
• 6–10 years of full‑time AI, data science, and/or ML experience.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience designing and delivering production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficient in generative AI models and ML frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, PyTorch).
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and projects.
• Continuously improve processes by researching and analyzing innovative solutions.
• Supervise teams and manage performance and results.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities, e.g., health, outage prediction, forecasting.
• Collaborate with utility data sources and integrate into modern analytics platforms.
