Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and judge which outputs follow prompts more accurately. You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, by contributing evaluation feedback for frontier research to real-world performance.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking outputs by naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English that points to what was seen or heard.
